The Full-Time FLDP is designed for recent MBA graduates ready to embark on a two-year program with three rotations. FLDP Associates are given the opportunity to drive strategic and high-impact projects in finance.

We will begin accepting applications for the next cohort in Fall 2021
"By participating in FLDP, I was able to hold various finance roles, which gave me high exposure to the business and senior leadership; I was also able to expand my network within the Marsh McLennan family. Currently, as a senior Vice President of the Global Sale Operations team in Marsh, I lead the global growth analytics function which allows me to combine my financial skills and strategic thinking to help the business leaders formulate growth initiatives."

"Before earning my MBA and joining the FLDP program I was an officer in the US Army. I was attracted to the FLDP because it presented me with the ability to continue developing as a leader, while transitioning to a career in finance. What has been evident is that senior leaders at the firm are committed to developing junior members into future finance leaders. The support and cohesion I've felt at Marsh McLennan has made it a great place to begin my post MBA Career."

"My FLDP experience at MMC took me around the company and across the Atlantic. I worked for three of our businesses, in New York and London, and with Investor Relations. I’m excited for my next role – a full-time placement – with Mercer’s US Health FP&A team. If one thing stands out from my time in the FLDP, it is that the learning never stops. Moving from group to group, I’ve picked up new skills and developed areas of expertise, and this has given me confidence that Marsh McLennan is a company where I can grow and be challenged for many years."

"The culture at Marsh McLennan embodies a people-first mentality. It has been present with almost everyone I’ve spoken to at the firm. When I meet new people weather business leaders, or finance colleagues, I’m always surprised at how collegial people are. I have yet to experience a team with sharp elbows or a colleague not willing to offer advice when I’ve asked a question."

"I joined the Treasury organization as a Senior Manager in 2012.  Currently, I am the head of Capital Markets Group, reporting directly to the Treasurer. From the beginning, I have been very impressed with the culture and the talent within the group.  It has been a great learning experience, where everyone has been very collaborative and taking pride in each other’s success."
