As a Sales Consultant you will be responsible for a portfolio of large and middle-market accounts, you will be in charge of developing commercial activity and strategies as well as of promoting our services to our prospects and to our clients who are facing major challenges with maintaining health and wellness of their employees.


Having a favourable impact on increasing the sales by using active business development methods as well as on satisfying the needs of the existing customers, in particular:

  • Understanding, analysing and evaluating client risks
  • Developing products, services and technical solutions tailored to the customers’ needs (the national and international clients)
  • Managing an individual portfolio of clients (identifying solutions that address specific issue, leading client meetings along with social partners, negotiating with insurers, implementing the technical studies, managing tenders…)
  • Using trade defences and sales drives
  • Assisting and advising clients in risk evaluation
  • Anticipating any changes and possible evolutions within clients’ companies and offering new high-valued solutions
  • Getting actively involved in network activities (cross-business)


  • You have at least a Bachelor or Master degree
  • Seven or more years of successful experience in Employee Benefits
  • You demonstrate excellent active listening skills
  • Proven ability in developing and leveraging multiple relationships to effectively network clients’ organization
  • Results-oriented approach
  • Strong business development capabilities
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Show effective leadership and negotiation skills (you are able to negotiate with CEO’s, CFO’s,  HR Directors, insurers, social partners, …)
  • Trilingual (Dutch, English and French)
