US Career Marketing Leader

The purpose of this role is to be both a strategic and operational marketing partner to the US Career business which encompasses workforce rewards, workforce transformation, workforce analytics and our Workday practice among other areas of client interest. This role requires a transformational and digitally-savvy B2B content marketer and business leader with exceptional experience in building new marketing capabilities and developing people who can truly influence and deliver revenue growth as strategic contributors to the Career business leadership team. You will help to build and create a market leadership position for Mercer’s point-of-view on the Future of Work and Workforce for the Future.
You pivot easily between providing strategic advice to the business and overseeing go-to-market execution plans that build awareness of Mercer as a leader in the Career consulting space and generate leads/revenue to accelerate the growth of our Mercer Career solutions. You are a team builder. You bring fresh thinking and clear expertise in building content marketing and digital experiences that foster better client engagement and new business development opportunities. You know how to harness the power of multiple, integrated channels that can create lasting experiences and more demand for our services and solutions. You have an understanding of the career services industry and know how to effectively reach our target audiences with relevant, disruptive content/communications. You think big and operate lean. You bring creative ideas to the table. You learn fast, adapt with agility and challenge the status quo. As a primary partner to the business, you’re collaborative and persuasive style accelerates our transition from a services-oriented marketing function to a strategic growth marketing team.
