Assists in providing inputs for the evolution of the operational model at all levels of the organization to promote new process improvement ideas that leverage technology solutions, including designing systems to manage tasks effectively and in a timely manner in order to adhere to Sevice Level Agreements (SLAs).
Participates in team meetings and activities and seeks opportunities to increase own understanding and improve the services provided.
Assists in collaboration with Global Claims Consultants on basic claim matters and on moderate to difficult markets to assist in service delivery across different markets.
