How you will help?

The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for developing, managing and supporting our marketing and business development teams. Reporting directly to Trion’s business leaders, you will assist in developing various aspects of our processes and KPI analytics to ensure that we efficiently manage the key drivers to our success.

What you will do:

  • Assist in developing our dynamic sales process by actively supporting the design and implementation of marketing and sales programs
  • Maximize the value of CRM by analyzing and managing capabilities and tools
  • Implement and manage sales-development training programs
  • Support the recruitment of business development and marketing staff
  • Guide the development of sales and marketing associates
  • Analyze sales data to aid the organization's forecasting and planning efforts and identify areas of opportunity
  • Support the development of our CRM to ensure that we are measuring, analyzing and reporting results that are data-driven to ensure that we make fact-based business decisions which drive improved performance and results
  • Develop and deliver routine metrics and reports
  • Function as a flexible, responsive intermediary between sales and marketing associates and Trion’s consulting, brokerage, and administrative teams
  • Reduce bottlenecks to increase the velocity of the sales process and introduce sales automation tools where appropriate
  • Gain agreement on and drive implementation of the business processes critical to achieving sales and marketing goals and objectives; document and socialize those processes, ensuring their repeatability, scalability, and alignment with enhanced team performance, client satisfaction, increased revenues and optimized margins
  • Identify the most critical technologies needed to support your teams and drive the phased implementation of these tools
  • Support key marketing and operational initiatives through analyses and solution development
  • Be an integral member of our organization and an effective team player

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 4+ years of sales operations experience, preferably within a professional or financial services environment
  • 2+ years of management experience, preferably within a professional or financial services environment
  • Technical competency with Microsoft Office and CRM
