leaders in this space to join the team and make a lasting impact on a fast-growing organization. We are looking for individuals with vast project experience that can develop our team, satisfy customers, and push our company to implement more effective ways of deploying Workday.

We are looking to hire Workday Talent / Learning implementation consultants.

Our current needs are in both the ME and LE spaces. These positions are for full-time regular employment.

Ideal candidates will have experience on multiple Workday HCM implementations, preferably in the space of Talent, Learning, or Recruiting (Note:  this is not a Recruiter opening).

You will be responsible for actively participating in all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design phases all the way to testing and deployment.

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who will take the initiative to complete their tasks in an effective and time-efficient manner, embracing the team and collaborative atmosphere of Mercer Digital.


3 to 5 + years of functional Workday HCM implementation experience

Workday experience with Talent, Learning, or Recruiting implementations

Workday HCM Certification is preferred but not required

Ability to successfully participate in client-facing situations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential

Locations:  Dallas or Houston, TX or Remote
