1) Communicate with clients and insurance company to obtain underwriting information for new and renewal business. Conduct re-marketing exercise with Account Managers and Director.
2) Arrange and check Quotation Slip, Placing Instruction, Cover Notes prepared by KL. Prepare Renewal Report or Proposal To Client for Account Manager and Director.
3) Attend meeting with clients and assist to Account Managers and Director.
4) Arrange and communicate with insurance company for policy schedule, endorsement, premium invoices prepared by insurance company. Check premium debit note(s) or credit note(s) issued by KL. Communicate and handle with HR teams of clients.
5) Arrange staff communication materials. Attend and assist to conduct staff briefing sessions for clients.
6) Communicate to HR teams of clients through explanation of scope of benefits and handle problematic claims raised by clients.
