We are looking for a  consultant to join our Career Products team in Istanbul office:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent with significant Engineering, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics and/or coursework preferred
  • 4+ years experience in consulting, compensation & benefits or data analysis preferably in multinational environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with demonstrated expertise in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of statistics
  • Good interpersonal, organizational, business communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks (both client and office-related) and work efficiently against deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and to prioritize multiple projects and adjust workload accordingly
  • Demonstrated problem solving capabilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • A strong team player who is comfortable working within a fast-paced, complex, dynamic environment
  • Basic project management skills
  • Fluent in English


  • Responsible for selling and carrying out the process of Mercer's sectorial and general salary surveys
  • Participate / manage human resources management projects such as position evaluation, grading, compensation system design, variable pay and performance management for local and multinational clients
  • Conduct job matching meetings with the clients during the Salary Survey Process especially between March and July
  • Collect and compile survey data and work in collaboration with Mercer offices abroad
  • Answering client queries and provide them consulting services regarding the survey submission, questionnaire and results
  • Participating sales meetings, helping draft proposals, agreements, ongoing day-to-day contact with clients
  • Providing and selling data on Mobility Products for Expatriate Management
