In this role, you get to lead the client projects as project manager  to achieve on-time delivery, profitability and customer satisfaction and lead the technical delivery of your expertise in HR spectrum that contribute to organizational success and support business strategies of the identified clients.

You can also look forward to:
o    Act as project manager to lead the project delivery such as timeline, work approach and client communication etc in order to ensure the project management on time, quality and budget.
o    Act as an efficient problem solver to identify, analyze and solve the clients’ issues by providing the technical solution in various HR practices such as total rewards, performance, talent management, organization transformation etc.
o    Work with other consultants to research and develop the relevant consulting knowledge and skills
o    Conduct client engagement and marketing activities to some extent under sufficient guidance of senior leaders.

We are seeking a highly motivated candidate who have excellent interpersonal skills with high analytical thinking and strong oral and written communication skills. In addition, we also require you to have:
o     Bachelor or Master Degree from any discipline. A Master’s degree holder would be highly valued.
o     Relevant experience of 5-7 years with  In-deep knowledge within one or more of HR spectrum (Organization Design, Talent Management, Rewards and Performance Management, etc)
o     Sufficient project management skills with strong problem solving skills and attention to details
o     Good organization & time management skills with the capacity to work to tight deadlines.
