We’re looking for superannuation administrators with a variety of skills and technical expertise to join us in this exciting growth period. We’re keen to have the very best talent as part of our team at Mercer – we care about your career, work with you to develop your skills and are committed to helping you achieve your potential.
We have a number of new opportunities, including senior roles, available across our Administration Operations department with vacancies including: Superannuation and Pension Administrators, Administration Analysts, Customer, Client & Employer Services Administrators, Trustee Services Coordinators and ClaimsCase Managers.
Over the past year we’ve taken the time to ensure that our operations are closely aligned to our clients’ needs and to ensure we are creating roles that are challenging, rewarding and fulfilling. If you have genuine passion for the industry, we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for people with experience in Administration, customer service or superannuation, particularly with exposure to any of the below:
- Group Life Insurance in superannuation (Death, TPD & IP)
- General superannuation or pension experience
- Customer Servicing and Engagement
