Innovation Research Analyst

The Innovation Research Analyst reports to the Center for Health Innovation Leader and is responsible for conducting

market research using information from multiple sources

Responsibilities include:

  • Dedicated to supporting Innovation C%_ ouncil Co-Lead
  • Assists in gathering, organizing, entering and analyzing market information, consultant and client needs and data used to develop new ideas and products
  • Build and manage project work plans
  • Organizes internal and external meetings and calls, creates meeting notes
  • Builds spreadsheets and presentations supporting analyses and communications (both internal and external)
  • Manages capture and organization of foundational  material supporting concept innovation (online research, surveys, webinars, calls, etc)
  • Supports concept testing efforts
  • Participates in client and colleague discussions and focus groups to generate product ideas
  • Contributes to idea generation using subject matter expertise, and works with project leaders to develop prototype specifications


  • 5 + years expereince
  • Execellent communication skills;
  • Strong Analytical Skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Microsoft Office suite proficient
  • Experience in Healthcare a plus
