Job Overview:

Oliver Wyman is seeking a Mobility Analyst to assist the Global Mobility Manager in the management of mobility and conferencing services for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate day to day mobility vendor new service and changes for US Oliver Wyman colleagues including new phone number and iPhone service requests, iPhone upgrades and changes to existing iPhone service.
  • Provide input and maintain cost analytics dashboard for the Americas (including Canada, US, Mexico and Brazil) using mobility voice/data and conferencing billing information, information from mobile device management systems and OWG Mobility portal
  • Use the dashboards to prepare ITS mobility usage and cost reports for the Americas to identify high usage and costs
  • Assist Global Mobility Manager in:

                  1) Contributing to create country-specific mobility plans and choices

                  2) Providing input for recommendations/cases to CIO regarding implementation of any new technologies in mobility and conferencing

                  3) Participating in the global mobility and conferencing budgeting process

  • Participate as a key team member of mobility and conferencing projects, ensuring consistency with mobility strategy, commitments and goals
  • Suggest mobility and conferencing service improvements or amendments to contracts where service gaps exist

Experience Required:

  • Background in ITS mobility services and conferencing services is required
  • Working with vendors to analyze voice/data usage information and costs
  • Estimating budgets and timelines
  • Bachelor's or Associate’s degree of a related field of study or equivalent experience

Technical Skills:

  • Significant experience using and demonstrating Microsoft Excel’s intermediate functions including: vlookup, data tables, index, match, parsing data, sorting and linking worksheets
  • Intermediary knowledge of financial models and budgeting
