The US & Canada Marketing Operations Leader has responsibility for helping to improve organizational capabilities, creating operational efficiencies and accelerating the development and deployment of critical marketing initiatives.
Specifically, the Marketing Operations Associate will work closely with the US & Canada CMO and leadership team to implement and ensure effectiveness of a cross-functional management system that aligns everyone to execute and track progress with key business building initiatives. He/She will facilitate meetings, communicate agreements, track progress on commitments, project manage select initiatives and provide on-going reporting against goals.
The position requires an experienced marketing operations leader well-versed in the practice of marketing, campaign tracking, lead management, marketing technologies, data analytics and reporting. The candidate is passionate about, and excited by, build sustainable marketing excellence through transformation and strong change management skills. Strong capabilities in influential relationship building, communications, project management, data and budget management are required.
The Marketing Operations Associate will need to be equally comfortable actively engaging across the business with marketing, sales, consultants, strategists, technologists, data analysts and more as we continue to transition marketing from a service to an integrated and strategic go-to-market channel for the business.
