In this role, you will plan, direct and facilitate all phases of the product life cycle - from inception through the introduction of products into the client marketplace.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define consultant packaging to deploy this compensation-driven product at our clients
  • Develop, present and analyze product strategy, go-to-market plans, business case and consultant positioning
  • Identify, obtain and analyze relevant information such as client needs, market landscape, technological requirements
  • Help drive positive user experience, business growth and operational efficiencies at clients
  • Interface and collaborate across functions and stakeholders to ensure successful product development and implementation
  • As SME, participate in client and colleague discussions and focus groups to generate product ideas
  • Collect data during prototype testing to drive next iterations of the product
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline
  • At least 8 years of experience in consulting (management or human capital related)
  • Proven expertise in compensation planning
  • Solid experience bringing product to market ideally in consulting environment
  • Understanding of HR technology – work experience interfacing with technology teams
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work cross functionally
  • Proven project management experience
  • Influencing skills are key
