Mercer is recruiting for an experienced Health and Benefit Consultant specialized in Life Accident and Disability. The position is preferred to be out of the New York office with flexibility to be considered in other locations in the North East.

We will count on you to:
Be a valued member of the consulting team in developing overall client strategy, interpret and presents benchmark data to client and ensures plan and program changes are properly implemented
Project management, managing the quality and timeliness of deliverables and delegates to and reviews project work of more junior colleagues
Manage internal specialty resources ensuring client deliverables meet client’s goals and deadlines and delegates and reviews project work of more junior colleagues
What you need to have:
BA or BS Degree
At least five years of H&B and/or LAD experience
Willingness to maintain or obtain appropriate licenses required by state regulations and Mercer policies
What makes you stand out:
Superior interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a demanding work environment.
Knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint)
