Sr. Workday Account Executive

Our company is experiencing incredible growth in our Workday Practice and we are looking for Sr. Sales/ Account Executives in this space to join our team and make a lasting impact on a fast-growing organization.


Mercer Digital is seeking a highly motivated individual to be our Account Executive in the Northeast region.

We are a Workday Certified Implementation Partner and an elite consulting firm where the best and brightest professionals reside, and we are experiencing outstanding success and growth in our practice.

This position will be focused on increasing sales in our Workday practice.

You will also cross-sell and manage our other Cloud service offerings in the region with ServiceNow.

In this role you will partner with internal Workday staff on new leads and participate in sales and pre-sales activities.

Responsible for thought leadership, strategic direction, sales and practice profitability. 

Work with clients on HCM and cloud implementation strategies including project delivery strategy, implementation support, and managed support solutions.


  • 4 to 8+ years of experience with ERP or Human Capital Management (HCM) applications
  • Consulting leadership experience with Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP, Ceridian, UltiPro, ADP or similar.
  • Experience working with the various phases of an implementation lifecycle and knowledge of implementation methodology
  • Experience consulting with clients on implementation strategy
  • Experience presenting software solutions in front of technical and business audiences
  • Outstanding leadership, communication, and presentation skills are essential
