  • The Senior Communications Consultant – Practice Leader will be responsible for generating and delivering EH&B consulting solutions and associated revenue in respect of:

    The positioning of key health services at the regional and local levels including identification of opportunities, market readiness, building brand and profile, sales, training and support for local teams

    • External value proposition – building/developing communication and branding strategy and delivery related to Mercer’s regional and local health value propositions as an additional phase of delivery;

    • Developing and selling benefits/health specific engagement surveys, focus groups and an “inside employees minds” proposition/survey in collaboration with the Mercer Talent business

    • Relationship management – being involved with the management and delivery of Mercer’s global and regional benefit management accounts

    • Driving innovative first to market initiatives in respect of health/benefits branding/communication strategy and delivery including demonstrating ROI

    This role will have visibility of Global and Regional account management responsibility for key multinational clients – project managing their regional benefit arrangements across APAC or globally. Develop and grow the accounts via cross line of business collaboration and sales. Effectively manage the benefits strategy and execution of regional benefit programs for these key clients

    Contributing to and supporting regional/local health solutions and first to market initiatives inclusive of the development and execution of brand & communication strategies. Create marketing presence, locally and regionally via :-

    • Provision of Benefits Branding & Communications solutions for key

      markets in Asia under a “fly in fly out model” (identifying opportunities,

      training/development of team and delivery of solutions)

    • Identification of key solutions for growth that will drive demand generation

      and brand engagement

    • Develop competitive and well-researched value propositions, messaging

      and Points of View

    • Identify, design and deliver high impact, creative communication programs.

    Manage the Growth of consulting services in the region by:

    • Collaborate with digital, CRM, regional, and in-market teams to ensure prioritization/ partnership in execution delivery of health solutions

    • Promote accountability of marketing’s actions so that its impact is measured in terms of business and communication focused metrics.

    • Collaborate and actively engage regional and local business, sales, marketing and other internal stakeholders to ensure all are focused on the same outcomes.

    • Contributing as a subject matter expert to the sales initiatives and consulting projects.

    • Responsible for developing a strong consulting brand locally.

    • Identify opportunities for promotion of key health solutions, understand the challenges, training requirements for local team and building up a market presence/brand via speaking engagements, affiliated with local chamber of commerce and associations. Partner with the local health leader and country CEO’s for development of local consulting strategy and execution from a branding & communications perspective

    • Supporting regional / global product development and sales

    Training other member of the consulting / broking team to increase their

    • awareness and enabling them to articulate the value and services to clients and

      having them support the delivery of projects. Provide management, mentoring and

      coaching to project team members.

      Be accountable for revenue and profitability of client accounts and projects,

      including a review of global and regional solutions from an operational and

      profitability perspective
