Employee Experience and Engagement Consultant

In this role you will take responsibility for the management, coordination and completion of projects (employee engagement survey).  The Project Management Senior Analyst will oversee all aspects of the project including setting deadlines, assigning tasks, monitoring and evaluating the progress of the project and working directly with clients to administer projects.  This is a great opportunity to work with consultants to produce deliverables and advise the client about the implementation of their program, especially in the areas of technology implementation and communications.


  • Project management including setting timelines, working with clients to obtain required information and materials, and working with the consultant and technology staff to set up the project.   Ensures deliverables are met on time and on budget.  This includes organizational hierarchy coding, user assignment, survey programming and administration

  • Coordinates meeting with clients and works directly clients to obtain project requirements.  Assists in managing client expectations.  Provides training to clients on how to use the technology as well as how to interpret standard reports.

  • Reviews, checks and performs quality control processes to guarantee the results and project deliverables meet client specifications. Accountable for meeting deadlines and the quality of deliverables.

  • Documents project specifics, provides updates to supervisor and educates peers on processes. Shares and coordinates with other project managers and team learnings and best practice.


  • Candidate must have relevant prior experience (running employee engagement surveys)
  • Must have prior HR Consulting experience
  • Possess positive “Can do” attitude strong personality
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Fairly good excel skills
  • Ability to coordinate with clients and the team
  • Able to pick up technology quite quickly
  • Some ability to understand process flow and coding
  • Knowledge of basic project management
