About the Role
With responsibility for building and executing the sales growth strategy, you will have the enviable opportunity to take a portfolio of both proven and highly innovative products to market. Reporting to the National Products Sales Manager, your role will allow you to work in partnership with our top class Human Capital consulting team, ensuring our products and services are not only delivered to more clients but that they provide the insights and value add to help them succeed. You will also be a pivotal strategic contributor to new product, service line and distribution channel development.
As an experienced B2B Sales professional, you will bring a track record of innovative ideation, tangible stakeholder development and successful sales growth. You will be inquisitive, passionate and energised in your style, but be structured in your approach to business development. Above all, you will thrive in, and contribute to, an environment where you are surrounded by the best products, the most committed colleagues and a company that truly values its people and the role it plays in helping our clients. Experience selling into the Human Resources Function would be advantageous, but is not essential.
