The Benefits Consultant will develop and implement an individual sales plan for employee benefits insurance products and coordinate service of assigned accounts, deliver renewals on a timely basis and secure quotes when necessary. The Essential Functions of this position are as follows: - Maintain professional ethics according to insurance industry standards, J.W. Terrill Benefits Services, Inc. standards and licensing laws in the state of Missouri. POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS Education/Training: - High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Industry related training and sales training preferred. - Experience: 3-5 years related experience in employee group benefits at an agency or company.
