Advanced Data Analytics Specialist

  • ​Reporting to our Global Data Analytics and Survey Methodology leader, in this role you will be part of a highly motivated, dynamic and collaborative team working on Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence and Analytics initiatives for our Workforce Products (Survey) business. You will utilize leading-edge technologies aimed to strengthen our data-driven evidence-based culture and maturing the Analytics capabilities of our team and business.

Main Tasks:

  • Supporting business initiatives by identifying necessary data sources, metrics and analytical methods needed to formulate queries and performing data analysis from our Workforce Survey data warehouse
  • Buildinga range of data outputs from ad-hoc queries, data exports business intelligence tools and data warehouse solutions
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to create statistical and predictive models both for data exploration as well as to provide solutions to key business problems
  • Creating visualizations, reports, and dashboards that will be used to convey key business KPIs and metrics
  • Keep well-informed of trends and best practices in the BI industry to strengthen organizational and technical knowledge
  • Working on multiple assignments and achieve project objectives and deadlines

Your Attitudes:

  • At least 3-4 years of worStrong analytical skills and ability to collect, organize, analyze, visualize and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • King experience with data visualization applications and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI/Tableau/Qlik/R/Python/SQL
  • Good knowledge of relational databases and key database concepts
  • Strong understanding of statistical data analysis and modeling
  • Results-driven and metrics focused with a passion for continuous improvement and exceptional customer service attitude
  • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills (English) in a multinational and multicultural environment

What makes the ideal candidate – but not required:

  • Working knowledge of machine learning and data mining algorithms and models will be an advantage
  • Experience with compensation surveys or compensation program analysis and design is an asset
  • Degreein quantitative methods, data science, statistics, applied mathematics or similar field
