FINPRO (Financial and Professional insurance) and PEMA (Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions) team of Marsh Poland is the biggest team specializing in financial lines and M&A insurance on the Polish insurance brokerage market. We design tailor-made insurance agreements to manage clients’ needs in such areas as: directors & officers liability, professional indemnity, financial institutions risks, cyber risks, M&A risks. Our team maintains a very strong cooperation with the London insurance market being a hub for professional risks insurance in Europe.

To support our FINPRO and PEMA Team, Marsh is looking for talented and motivated candidates for the following position:


(Warsaw office)


  • Administration and general office tasks such as:
  • Preparing standard documentation (e.g. claims handling procedure documents, covering letters   with policies), policy summaries  and other internal  and external reports for the clients and insurers
  • Cooperation with Finance and Operation Shared Services
  • Maintaining clients’ data in internal systems
  • Support in organization of marketing / business events
  • Performing general office tasks
  • Providing support in brokers’ daily work:
  • Preparing comparisons of the offers and brokers’ reports focused on financial, reinsurance and M&A insurance lines
  • Preparing insurance and risk management analysis reports in M&A deals
  • Delivering presentations for the clients
  • Participating in clients and insurers meetings
  • Contacting clients and insurers


Education: MA or Bachelor degree in Economy / Finance or Law (Insurance specialization as an asset)

Experience: 1 year in finance sector company or insurance / brokerage is a strong plus

  • Fluency in English (C1 level)
  • Sales orientation
  • Result driven approach
  • Analytical skills / affinity with numbers
  • Ability to build relationships with business clients
  • High level of independence and responsibility at work
  • Good organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Discipline and a great attention to details
  • Driving license (B) is a strong asset
