WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

The purpose of this job is to provide implementation, ongoing, and renewal operational support to internal and external parties by serving as a client coordinator and business process subject matter expert (SME). Responsibilities include executing account management and process development tasks as part of a client facing operational support team. Expectations include proactively assessing business and client needs to develop process solutions and operational best practices.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Supporting the execution of client benefit strategy and ensuring client satisfaction with underlying services
  • Serving as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, as well as internal parties such as brokers, on client deliverables
  • Onboarding and implementing new clients
  • Conducting regular status update calls with clients
  • Initiating policy renewals with brokers according to the client’s policy renewal calendar
  • Collecting, tracking and quality checking client policy data
  • Communicating with internal and external partners (consultants, brokers, and clients) to educate them on best practices
  • Serving as a subject matter expert for all operational processes (implementation, ongoing, and renewals)
  • Receiving inbound inquiries from brokers and clients in need of solution assistance
  • Providing sales support, if needed, to senior GBM Account Managers in the strategic selling process as a delivery subject matter expert

We would like you to have:

  • Proven client facing experience within B2B
  • Knowledge and experience in global and regional benefits
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to build and sustain a long-lasting relationship with clients efficiently
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English (Polish not required)
  • Strong oral communication & presentation skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Good analytical skills and strong attention to details
  • Self-starter, fast learner and quality conscious
  • Team player combined with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
