Currently we are looking for a:

Senior HR Administration and Payroll Specialist - Benelux Team

As a Senior HR Administration and Payroll Specialist you will be partnering with HR Teams in the BeNeLux region (Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxemburg) to provide excellent HR administration and payroll supportThis mean you’ll be:

  • Responsible for the delivery of HR- and benefits administration including leave and absence management for BeNeLux region.

  • Handling inquiries of employees and managers regarding HR company policies and practices, benefits and payroll.

  • Providing administrative support, including addendums to contracts, certificates of employment and other documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle.

  • Conducting  the payroll processes, including payroll transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting.

  • Providing HR tool (Workday) navigation support for Managers and colleagues.

  • Looking for ways to improve current processes and make work more efficient.

We would like you to apply if you:

  • Are English and French speaker with high written communication skills.

  • Are able to communicate in Dutch – this will be an asset.

  • Have strong analytical skills, accurate and a close attention to details.

  • Are a team player with a high sense of responsibility.

  • Previous experience (min. 2-3 years) in the area of payroll tax laws, processes and policies will be a strong asset.

  • Good understanding of Excel

  • Knowledge of Workday, Attentia Evolution, ADP Workforce, ADP Perman, and case management systems like ServiceNow is preferred.
