We seek a Senior Operations Analyst to support our Multinational Client Group as a part of Global Operations Team in Warsaw Office.


In this high-visibility role, the individual will have the opportunity to work with senior business leaders and senior client managers who are responsible for some of Mercer’s most important client relationships and provide support for the execution of key projects that drive innovation and growth.

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Enhancing operations and project management capabilities and operational oversight within the portfolio of Multinational Client Group’s clients
  • Working closely with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing, and Communications)
  • Vetting and verifying account structures with senior client managers, and providing simplified recommendations to Operations team in order to maintain the accuracy of portfolio structure
  • Managing knowledge sharing activities through our Intranet and SharePoint platforms
  • Identifying project risk items during all project phases
  • Driving key client management meetings and initiatives, and ensuring ongoing progress across the International region
  • Communicating effectively with key stakeholders

We would like you to have: 

  • Min. Bachelor’s level degree in business management, finance, economy or similar
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management, consulting, enterprise reporting, or sales enablement role, preferably in the professional services industry
  • Previous work exposure to project initiation and requirement gathering phases of large, global business projects involving a numerous and very diverse set of stakeholders
  • Work experience acquired in the area of business processes, management, budgeting, and business office operations
  • Exceptional analytical skills are a must
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient user level of SalesForce, SharePoint, and MS Office (especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
  • Self-starter, organized, disciplined, proactive and global mindset approach

What makes the ideal Candidate – but is not required:

  • Experience with reporting systems such as Microstrategy, Tableau
  • Other than English languages skills
