Mercer is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Warsaw office:

Senior Survey Analyst

Excellent analytical, organizational and time-management skills are most valued by our team. In this role you’ll have an opportunity:

  • to work in a multi-cultural team in which English is the day-to-day language, experiencing a great team atmosphere
  • participate in global initiatives, lead off-cycle and process improvement projects
  • lead Compensation & Benefits Surveys according to Mercer standards
  • establish relationship with OPMs, Consultants and CST team from Latin America offices

In this role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Project management tasks associated with large scale internal and cross-team projects
  • Leading Compensation and Benefits Surveys for Latin America countries
  • Communication with internal clients to clarify data questions over the phone or by email
  • Running reports and exporting data from internal systems
  • Training individuals on our processes
  • Guiding junior team members

We would like you to have: 

  • Experience with Compensation & Benefits – it’s a must
  • An ability to draw conclusions based on multiple sources of information
  • An excellent command of English allowing effective proofreading in Standard American English
  • proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)​

What makes the ideal Candidate – but is not required:

  • Spanish language
  • Knowledge of Mercer remuneration surveys
  • Understanding most common organizational structures
  • Experience in building/delivering technical training
  • Experience in creating business presentations
  • Project management experience
